Mr B Major v TJ Morris T/a Home Bargains: 1403860/2020
JUDGMENT
The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 28 October 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim remains listed for hearing on 24 June 2021 at 12:00 by telephone.[1]By an order dated 01 July 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because; it would appear that the only claim that the claimant has brought is of unfair dismissal, and that claim has been struck out, however it was possible that the claimant was pursuing other claims having regard to the ET1, if so, those claims have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
