Case No 1403860/2020

Employment Judge Dawson DateDate 16 July 2021

JUDGMENT

The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 28 October 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim remains listed for hearing on 24 June 2021 at 12:00 by telephone.[1]By an order dated 01 July 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because;  it would appear that the only claim that the claimant has brought is of unfair dismissal, and that claim has been struck out,  however it was possible that the claimant was pursuing other claims having regard to the ET1,  if so, those claims have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
