Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Bristol Employment Tribunals on the 8th of November 2021. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimants’ claims of breach of contract, unauthorised deduction of wages and failure to provide a written statement of employment particulars are well founded and succeed.[3]The remedy to which the claimants are entitled will be assessed that the hearing on the 10th of June 2022.
