[1]The Respondent is amended to Yummy Thai Limited by consent.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed since it was brought outside the statutory time limit for such claims under s. 111 of the Employment Rights Act.[3]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment will continue to hearing in accordance with the Order of even date.
