JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant did make a protected disclosure, as is now admitted by the Respondent.

[2]The Claimant’s claims of automatic constructive unfair dismissal, detriments on the ground of protected disclosure and wrongful dismissal (failure to pay notice) fail, however, and are dismissed.

[3]The remaining claims have been resolved between the parties and are therefore dismissed. Full oral reasons were given at the Hearing. If any party requires written reasons, they must apply to the Bristol Employment Tribunal by email within 14 days.
