JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the third Respondent is amended from Wilson NDF to Neil Wilson t/a Neil Wilson & Co Chartered Accountants.[2]The claim against the third Respondent was brought within the time limit set out in section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as extended by the early conciliation provisions, the alleged deductions having taken place on 29 June 2022.[3]The application by the Respondents under rule 20 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 for an extension of time to present a joint response is accepted.[4]The Respondents have made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The Tribunal grants a declaration to that effect and orders the Respondents to pay the Claimant the net sum of £684.11, for which they are jointly liable. Case Number: 1403659/2022
