[1]The Tribunal declares that the Secretary of State ought to make a payment to the Claimant under section 182 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, in the sum of £10,423.52, comprised of:a. Notice pay (section 48(1)(b) in the sum of £1,866.90, being 6 weeks x £311.15

b. Holiday pay (section 48(1)(c) in the sum of £1,555.75, being 5 weeks x £311.15
