Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response to this claim having been presented by the Respondent and on the information before the Employment Judge:[1]The claim succeeds.[2]The respondent owes the claimant outstanding holiday pay and a redundancy payment.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant outstanding holiday pay in the sum of £438.04 (6.33 days).[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a redundancy payment of £695.02 (2 × £347.51).[5]In accordance with section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 it is just and equitable to award the claimant a further two weeks’ pay in the sum of £695.02 for failing to provide the claimant with a statement of employment particulars.
