JUDGMENT

Upon the tribunal recording, at the request of and with the consent to the parties, that it has found that the change in the claimant’s role in May 2018 amounted to a demotion:[1]The claimant’s claims of direct discrimination pursuant to section 13 Equality Act 2010 are dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claims of victimisation pursuant to section 27 Equality Act 2010 succeed in that the claimant was subjected to a detriment;a. when she was required to move desks between 15th and 17th May 2018, andb. when she was named as a whistleblower on 30th of July 2018.[3]The claimant is awarded the sum of £4750 in respect of her claim of victimisation plus £616.33 interest.[4]All other claims are dismissed.
