Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1032.93 in respect of unapid wages.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £500.00 for 1 weeks pay.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £75.00.[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a statement of terms and conditions of employment contrary to section 38 Employment Act 2002 and is ordered to pay the claimant compensation of 2 weeks pay, of £1000.00. The total sum now payable to the claimant by the respondent is £2607.93
