[1]The claimant was not paid for 28 days annual leave in the holiday year 2017 to 2018 and she is entitled to £1,209.60 (being 28 x 6hr x £7.20).[2]The claimant was not paid for the annual leave which accrued in the holiday year 2018 to 2019 and she is entitled to £147.02 (being 20.42hr x £7.20).[3]The hearing listed on 18 April 2019 is cancelled.
