JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of discrimination on the grounds of pregnancy/maternity (being, for the avoidance of doubt, all the claims in these proceedings) are dismissed by consent. Note: This has been a remote hearing on the papers to which the parties have consented and not objected. The form of remote hearing was an audio conference case management hearing by telephone. A face to face hearing was not held because it is in the interests of justice and in accordance with the overriding objective to minimise expenditure on time and costs. The documents which I considered are some of the pleadings, subsequent orders made in this case and others brought to my attention.
