JUDGMENT
[1]It is agreed by the parties that: a) The Claims against the First Respondent is dismissed upon withdrawal. b) The Claim for unlawful deduction of wages against the Second Respondent is well-founded, covering the period up to 1 November 2022, and the Second Respondent will pay the Claimant £7,560 less tax and national insurance in respect of that sum. c) The Claim for unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and the Second Respondent will pay the Claimant £989.10 less tax and national insurance in respect of that sum. d) The total sum payable is £8549.10 less tax and national insurance.
