There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, because[1]The Respondent did not attend at the hearing and the claim was determined on the basis of the evidence before the court.[2]The Respondent does not say in their application that they had reached any binding agreement to settle the claim with the claimant before the hearing, or that the claim was otherwise withdrawn.[3]It is not therefore in the interests of justice to reconsider the judgment.
