JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay her the gross sum of £2,960.00.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay her the sum of £460.01.[3]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to her in the gross sum of £625.50.[4]The Claimant was not provided with written terms and conditions of employment and it is just and equitable for the Respondent to pay her the further sum of 4 weeks’ pay under s. 38 of the Employment Act 2002, £1,305.[5]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal.
