JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s gross pay was £1,791.00 per month which equates to £413.31 gross per week, and her net pay was £1,438.00 per month which equates to £331.85 net per week; and[2]The claimant was employed for 16 complete years from 20 June 2006 until 20 January 2023, during the whole of which time she was aged over 41. She is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £9,919.44 (16 weeks x 1.5 at £413.31 gross per week); and[3]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant twelve weeks’ notice pay in the net sum of £3,982.20; and[4]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds in respect of employee pension deductions of £728.00, and employer pension deductions of £653.00, and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,381.00.
