Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1246.14 for the non-payment of salary.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £54.50 in respect of a DBS check.[3]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £11.39 in respect of training.[4]The respondent is in breach of contract by not reimbursing the claimant for outstanding mileage and expenses claims and is ordered to pay the claimant in the sum of £132.55.[5]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £70.00.[6]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a statement of terms and conditions of employment in accordance with section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 and is ordered to pay the claimant four weeks wages in the sum of £1384.60.
