JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim that he was not paid accrued holiday pay upon termination is well founded and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1,410.75 in respect thereof.[2]The Claimant’s claim that he was wrongfully dismissed is well founded and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £313.50 in respect thereof.[3]Upon the Claimant not being provided with a written statement of particulars of employment, the Claimant is awarded two week’s pay (£627) pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.[4]The total sum awarded is £2,351.25.
