Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant’s claim that the respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross of £131.61.[2]The claimant’s claim that she was dismissed in breach of contract is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £1724 in respect of notice pay.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and her claim that she was entitled to a redundancy payment is well founded. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1724.[4]The claimant’s claim that the respondent has failed to pay the claimant in respect of accrued but untaken annual leave is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £59.93.
