Mr Cook requested this be corrected to SECO as it was the organisation and not Mr Cook personally who was the Respondent to the Claim. The Claimant, Ms McKenzie was notified of this request and given an opportunity to respond or obejct to it and she has not. Employment Judge Hay has therefore considered the relevant documents including the ET/1 claim form, the ET/3 response, and the Notice of Claim and Hearing provided to both parties by the Tribunal. Employment Judge Hay is satisfied that it was a clerical error or other accidental slip which lead to Mr Cook being listed as the Respondent when it was always clear that the claim was or should be against SECO, the employing organisation.
