The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]On 11 April 2019 the Claimant’s application to postpone the hearing was refused. The Telephone Case Management Preliminary hearing proceeded in the Claimant’s absence on the 12 April 2019.[2]The Case Management summary was sent to the parties on 17 April 2019 and a further Telephone Case Management Preliminary hearing was listed in order that the Claimant would have an opportunity to comply with the Orders.[3]The Claimant was also ordered to pay a deposit of £500.00 no later than 21 days of the Order being sent, as a condition of the case being permitted to continue to take part in the proceedings.[4]No deposit has been received to date, the claim is therefore struck out.[5]The Telephone Case Management Preliminary hearing fixed for 23 August 2019 is vacated.
