JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s former employer was the second respondent and the first and third respondents are therefore dismissed from these proceedings.[2]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds against the second respondent and the second respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £337.81 (the claimant was owed wages of £1,441.00 for July 2022 but only received £1,103.19); and[3]The claimant’s claim for accrued but unpaid holiday pay also succeeds against the second respondent and the second respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £487.85.
