JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s former employer was the second respondent, and the first respondent is therefore dismissed from these proceedings.[2]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds against the second respondent and the second respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £481.38 (the claimant was owed wages of £1,738.00 for June and July 2022 but only received £1,257.38); and[3]The claimant’s claim for accrued but unpaid holiday pay also succeeds against the second respondent and the second respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £508.75; and[4]The second respondent is therefore ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £990.13[5]The third respondent was an employee and agent of the second respondent. The claimant was discriminated against by the third respondent on the grounds of her sex. The third respondent is ordered to pay the claimant an award for injury to feelings in the sum of £3,000.00, together with interest at the rate of 8% per annum which is 68p per day for 380 days, amounting to an additional £258.40, and the third respondent is therefore ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £3,258.40.
