JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of failure to pay unpaid wages and holiday pay succeeds and the Claimant is entitled to receive the amount of £3,840.00 gross. This sum is calculated as set out below.[2]The Claimant’s claim for a statutory redundancy is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant is entitled to the following payments: Unpaid wagesa. 40 hours @ £10 per hour = £1,600 gross. Holiday Payb. 5.6 weeks @ £400 per week = £2,240.00 gross.[4]The Respondent did not enter a Response and did not attend the hearing.
