[1]The claims for outstanding holiday pay and unlawful deductions from wages succeed.[2]The claimant is owed outstanding holiday pay in the sum of £570.44 gross (8 days holiday at £99.98 per day minus monies received in the sum of £229.36).[3]The claimant is owed 9 days outstanding wages for the period from 31 May 2018 until 1 June 2018. This equates to £899.82 gross (9 x £99.98).[4]The total amount payable from the respondent to the claimant is therefore: £1,470.36 (gross).
