The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant (i) 23 days’ accrued but unpaid holiday pay in the sum of £1,390.44; and (ii) expenses attributable to the non-payment in the sum of £281.18; and 4. The claimant need not attend the hearing listed on 4 February 2022.
