[1]The Claimant was employed by the First Respondent.[2]The First Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,688.[3]The First Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £588.[4]The sum awarded to the Claimant is increased by £844 (two weeks’ pay) pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.[5]The First Respondent must pay the Claimant the total sum of £3,120. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case Number: 1403139/2022
