JUDGMENT

[1]Upon the claimant’s application for reconsideration of the Judgment rejecting the claims in his absence given on 8 March and sent out to the parties on 13 March, the Judgment is set aside.[2]Leave is given (if necessary) to amend the claimant’s claim to bring a claim of breach of contract in respect of the non payment of wages.[3]The claimant’s claims of:(1) Breach of contract in respect of expenses, contrary to Regulation 3 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994, and of 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 1 Case Number: 1403128/2018(2) Unlawful deduction from wages contrary to Sections 13 and 23 of the Employment Rights Act, are not well founded and are dismissed.
