JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s pay and she is awarded the agreed sum of £1,398.51 in compensation.[2]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[3]All issues of remedy in relation to the complaint of unfair dismissal are adjourned to enable the parties to put into effect terms of settlement agreed between them. If no further application is made on or before 3 November 2020, the Tribunal will treat the matter as having been concluded and will close the file and take no further action on the claim.
