Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £3,153.21.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice but no further award is made since the sum is recovered in the claim within paragraph 1 above.[3]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to him in the net sum of £256.00.[4]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5,334.00.[5]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay him the sum of £1,801.87.[6]The hearing listed on 15 February 2019 is cancelled.
