JUDGMENT
[1]The claim is struck out for non compliance with the Case Management Order issued on 13th September 2019 in that the Claimant has not prepared and served a statement of evidence. In the alternative, the claim for wages would have been dismissed. There was no quantification of the claim and after the first day working the Claimant was told not to return to site. He nonetheless purported to claim for three day’s work. No signed timesheet was produced by the Claimant to the Respondent for payment and consequently there was no obligation on the Respondent to pay him anything. For the avoidance of doubt the Judge has no connection with the Respondent Company and its directors.
