JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s application for reconsideration of the Judgment striking out her unfair dismissal claim because she was not an employee is dismissed, because the claimant’s correct status was that of a worker and not an employee; and[2]The claimant was discriminated against on the grounds of her sex, both by way of sexual harassment and constructive dismissal. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation in the sum of £200.00 for loss of earnings and £10,000.00 for injury to feelings; and[3]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds, and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £77.00.
