JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that(1) The Claimant’s claim of gender reassignment discrimination is dismissed on withdrawal.(2) The Claimant’s claims of direct race discrimination; unfair dismissal; breach of contract (notice pay); and unlawful deduction from wages have no reasonable prospect of success.(3) The claims are struck out under Rule 37(1)(a) ETs (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) 2013 Schedule 1 as having no reasonable prospect of success.
