Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay her the gross sum of £560.00.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to her equivalent to 2 weeks wages, £800.00.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £800.00.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay her the sum of £47.00.[5]The Claimant is entitled to a protective award as a result of the Respondent’s failure to comply with a requirement of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. She is to be paid the equivalent of 90 days wages for the protected period beginning on 31 March 2020, equivalen to the further sum of £5,142.86.
