[1]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay is well-founded and succeeds – the respondent failed to pay the claimant the full sum in lieu of untaken holiday to which he was entitled on termination of his employment.[2]The claimant was dismissed without notice in circumstances where the respondent was not entitled to do so – the claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal (notice pay) is well-founded and succeeds.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant (less any applicable statutory deductions):a. £47.81 in respect of the balance of the holiday pay due1b. £147.25 in respect of the claimant’s notice pay – one week2.
