JUDGMENT

[1]No response to this claim having been presented, the claim succeeds pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The claimant was unfairly dismissed and is owed a redundancy payment, outstanding wages, notice pay and outstanding holiday pay.[3]The respondent is to pay the claimant a redundancy payment of £840 (3 x £280).[4]The respondent is to pay the claimant notice pay of £560 gross (2 weeks at £280 per week).[5]The respondent is to pay the claimant outstanding holiday pay in the sum of £672 gross (12 days at £56 per day).[6]The respondent is to pay the claimant outstanding wages for the period from 2 January 2018 until 22 June 2018 in the sum of £2,024.94 gross.[7]No compensatory award is made for the unfair dismissal claim.[8]Therefore, the total amount payable from the respondent to the claimant is: £4,096.94.
