JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent must pay the Claimant holiday pay in the sum of £283.50.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant shortfall of furlough pay for the period 1 March 2020 to 3 June 2020 in the sum of £1,272.70.[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant 1 week’s notice pay in the sum of £207.[4]The Respondent subjected the Claimant to direct pregnancy/maternity discrimination by refusing to entertain a claim for statutory maternity pay.[5]The Respondent must pay the Claimant compensation for injury to feelings for the pregnancy/maternity discrimination in the sum of £4,000.[6]The claim for statutory maternity pay is wrongly brought in the Employment Tribunal. It has to be raised with HMRC. Case Number: 1402997/2020[7]The Respondent must pay the Claimant all these sums forthwith.
