[1]The second respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the claimant and is directed to pay her £494.93[2]The second respondent failed to make a payment to the claimant representing holiday accrued and untaken and is directed to pay the claimant £260.95[3]The second respondent, assisted by the first respondent, harassed the claimant on the ground of sex and marriage[4]The claimant is awarded £5,000 together with interest thereon of £600 for injury to feelings. The first and second respondents are jointly and severally liable for payment of those sums.
