[1]The claims of unfair dismissal and direct discrimination on the grounds of sex and well founded and succeed.[2]The claims of direct discrimination on the grounds of age and indirect discrimination on the grounds of age and sex are not well found and are dismissed. UPON the parties reaching agreement as to the compensation to be paid to the claimant BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:- 1.
