REASONS

[1]On 26 November 2021 the Claimant was ordered to provide the following information by 10 December 2021: With regards to each event, act or failure to do something that they complain of and which they state was influenced by their race, disability, age and religion or belief, they must state:[1]The date, or approximate date, that each event took place,[2]The names of the people who are believed to be responsible,[3]What that person(s) did or said that the Claimant believes was less favourable treatment, unwanted conduct, a detriment, or otherwise discriminatory,[4]Is the Claimant able to name someone who was treated differently to them in similar circumstances. Furthermore, the Claimant is directed to provide the Further and Better Particulars requested in Paragraph 43, of the ET3 Grounds of Resistance. Case Number: 1402861/2021 2. He did not do so. He was ordered to do so again on 17 January 2022 with a revised deadline of 24 January 2022. Again, he did not do so. 3. Accordingly, the claim is not being actively pursued and so is struck out.
