[1]The Claimant’s employer was Total Composite Solutions Ltd and not Mr Brian Harpur as an individual nor GRP Solutions Ltd. As result and as agreed by the parties, the name of the Respondent should therefore be recorded as Total Composite Solutions Ltd.[2]The Claimant’s application to amend his claim to add a claim for accrued but unpaid holiday pay from the year ending 2020 is refused.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract in respect of an unpaid £5000 contractual bonus is not well founded and is dismissed.[5]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is not well founded and is dismissed. 1 of 2 Case Number: 1402840/2022
