Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The respondents have not entered a response the claims and Judgment under Rule 21 is given as follows:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £151.95.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £ £508.80.[3]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of terms of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant four weeks’ pay in the sum of £607.80[4]The hearing listed on 1 February 2019 is cancelled.
