[1]By agreement it is accepted that the respondent owes the claimant the following outstanding amounts:a. outstanding wages May 2018: £2,129.78b. outstanding wages June 2018: £2,814.89c. redundancy payment: £1,524d. outstanding notice pay (three weeks): £1,991.31e. outstanding annual leave: for 2018 (6.5 days) £863[2]Therefore the total owed from the respondent to the claimant is £9,322.98[3]Order: If the claimant wishes to pursue her unfair dismissal claim she is to provide details of her new employment to the respondent by no later than 17 December 2018.
