Upon the Tribunal declaring that both Claimants have had unlawful deductions from their wages and were not paid accrued holiday pay upon termination by the Respondent, each Claimant is awarded the following sums to be paid by the Respondent: Miss J Menezes a) The sum of £2,064 in respect of unpaid wages; b) The sum of £482.08 in respect of unpaid accrued holiday pay; c) The total sum awarded and payable to the Claimant by the Respondent is £2,546.08.
