JUDGMENT
The complaint of unfair dismissal under s. 104 of the Employment Rights Act is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £1,000 following a preliminary hearing that was held on 2 January 2020 and an Order that was sent to the Claimant on 11 February 2020. The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of unfair dismissal under s. 104 is therefore struck out under rule 39 (4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 6, 7 and 8 July 2020 is unaffected by this Judgment since the Tribunal will still has to determine the complaint under s. 103A. _____________________________ Employment Judge Livesey Date: 1 April 2020
