By Order dated 3 March 2020 the Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £100.00 for each of the two claims no later than 21 days of the Order as a condition of being permitted to continue to take part in the proceedings relating to each of these claims.[1]The Claimant has failed to pay the deposit.[2]The complaints of Unfair Dismissal and Age discrimination are therefore struck out.[3]The Telephone Case Management Preliminary hearing on the 1 July 2021 is vacated.
