Case No 1402734/2019
Ms L AkyeaClaimantHeath and Wiltshire LimitedRespondent
Employment Judge R HarperDate 11 December 2019

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 28 November 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  the claimant has not complied with section 3(i)3(ii) of the Case management Order or with the letter from the Tribunal dated 28th November 2019. Nothing has been heard from the claimant since her representative’s email dated 19th November 2019 which stated “ we are unable to contact our client to seek further instructions.”  it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
