[1]Upon the claimant failing to comply with the Unless Order dated 30 July 2024, the Claims were struck out on 14 August 2024 as an administrative action. This Judgment confirms the dismissal of all claims.[2]Pursuant to Rule 38 (2) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Claimant may apply to set this order is set aside on the basis that it is just and equitable to do so. Unless the application contains a request for a hearing, the Tribunal may determine any application on the basis of written representations.[3]All future hearings are vacated.
