JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of breach of contract for notice pay under s. 3 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1994 is dismissed. The claim was not presented within the relevant statutory time limit and it was reasonably practicable for it to have been.[2]The Claim for accrued but untaken holiday pay under reg. 14 and reg. 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is dismissed.[3]The Claimant succeeds in her claim for a redundancy payment and the Respondent is ordered to pay her the sum of £7,874.[4]The Claimant’s claim that there had been an unauthorised l deduction from her wages is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £7,846.15 gross.
