JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent was in breach of contract by failing to introduce a bonus scheme at no more than 10% of the Claimant’s salary during his probationary period to commence at the end of that period.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant damages in the sum of £1,791.83 within 14 days.[3]Save as aforesaid, the Claimant’s claims are dismissed. Full oral reasons were given at the hearing. If any party requires written reasons, they must apply within 14 days of the Judgment being sent to the parties.
