[1]The Respondent’s application to strike out the Claimant’s Claim pursuant to Rule 37 (1) (c) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The Respondent’s application to strike out the Claimant’s Claim pursuant to Rule 37 (1) (a) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 is well-founded and succeeds. Accordingly, all Claims are dismissed.[3]The Respondent’s application for costs is not well-founded and is dismissed.
